SOMETIMES A GREAT NOTION .....

Isn't this a great notion? A 6 step Quick Install Guide! We have one of these under the sink water heaters ... came with the house ... a great invention. But the tank got too old and began to leak enough to make a mess under there! So the trusty "do-it-yourself, I-can-do-this" guy found that you pretty much needed to buy the whole kit just to replace the tank. My plan still was to just replace the tank, all the plumbing and spout were fine. I mean how hard can it be? Just three hoses to hook onto the new tank, and I got the old tank out and the three hoses were right there.
Unfortunately this is reality under there! There are two sinks, not one, and a dishwasher connection and that post in the middle of the cabinet! Every hose fit fine though - gosh, even the new tank fit right on the old wall mounts! But then .... anyway it is 8 hours later, it is in, but there might be a slight drip still. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.......... BUT! I remember that Ken Kesey wrote One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and also Sometimes a Great Notion. He was sort of a Pacific Northwest icon too. He and the Merry Pranksters drove the Electric Kool-aid Acid Test bus and the bus was called Further ... get it? FUR ther!

Soooo .. I have revisited Glenna's idea for the short hop airline ... our heroes will use a 7-bunny-7 ... and it will be called Really Furrther and painted like a great Orca Whale in honor of the NW! I have also gone down the blog ranks and found at least 66 bunnies (and two honorary cats and an honorary dog or two) to be part of the Merry Band. If I knew all the bunnies that LauraSinNJ has ( I could only find mention of Boomer, Peeper, and Sunshine) there would no doubt be more. So far there are no duplicate names except for Belle. Belle1 and Belle2.

It's going to take a bit more work to put this together ... stay tuned and ready!!!

Quick Install should come with a red flag on the outside of the box and a white one inside, but looks like you got it to work! And what about the Monkey Wrench Gang? The Bunny Wrench Gang? Sabotaging large anti-rabbit companies.......?????

In our house, do-it-yourself=much cursing and generally a geyser of superheated water and a scalding victim.
